The client

Helen Clark is an operations manager who provides online business management, virtual events management and podcast management for C-Suite executives.


The brief

To assist in redefining Helen’s brand voice, re-write her LinkedIn profile and website content to portray the professional service provider that she is and attract the C-Suite professionals who are her target audience.

The outcome

After defining Helen’s target audience and her tone of voice documents I created a LinkedIn profile that outlined her experience as well as the individual attributes that she possesses that resonate with her clients.

From this, her website copy was refined and changed to reflect her role as an overall Operations Manager who oversees a team that delivers events management and podcast management.
